Whole 30 Day 7

Tired from my run but no sugar cravings. I'm SO thirsty all the time right now though. Can't seem to get enough water!

Pre-run snack--Coffee with coconut milk. banana muffin with almond butter and some grapes
Post run snack-- Hami melon and coconut water
Breakfast--Leftover butternut squash from last night with more coffee
Lunch--Cauliflower fried rice, lamb flank stead, cucumber sesame salad and fresh fruit
Snack--Another muffin and a few cacao cashew bites. Also had hot tea with gelatin.
Dinner-- (not photo) A lovely friend had us over for dinner and went to great lengths to prepare a Paleo meal for us. She made zucchini "hummus" to snack on.  We had grilled veggies, marinated chicken, salad and chicken apple sausages. The marinade had honey so it wasn't totally compliant BUT no way I'd turn it down when she loving prepared it just for us. We also had raw cookie bites for dessert.
