Whole 30 Day 2

August 5th brought about day 2 of my Whole 30.

Day2--fasted workout with light lifting and core work. Made myself go to the gym and glad I did. Hit with some nasty sugar cravings this afternoon.Typical when I'm tired.

Breakfast-- Grain free hot cereal with almond butter along with mug of coffee and full fat coconut milk. 
Lunch--Steak and grilled veggie salad with spicy evoo and jalapeno balsamic dressing, peaches, pluot and pineapple. Leftover tiny cup of coffee with coconut milk. 
Snack--(got hit with the hangry while at Target) dried apple chips
Snack- small handful of organic cashews
Dinner--basil eggplant stir fry and curry lamb with baby kale. Hubby had TWO of the cashew banana muffins I made yesterday so my dessert was two bites off his.
